Add blank page

You can add a single page of content as a clickable link to a content area using the blank page tool. A blank page is different from a content item or folder in that there is no description that appears in the content area. Adding blank pages to a content area limits scrolling and streamlines the content area.

1. Click on the section of your course where you would like to add a blank page.

2. Hover your mouse over Build Content, and select Blank Page.

3. Enter blank page content.

3.1. Enter a name for your blank page.

Add content for your page using the text editor where you can include formatted text, links, and other multimedia content.

4. OPTIONAL: Attach a file by clicking "Browse My Computer."

5. OPTIONAL: In the Options section, you may limit availability for when your students may access the blank page.

5.1. Click the box next to Display After and enter the date and time that the blank page will be available to students.

5.2. Click the box next to Display Until and enter the date and time after which the blank page will no longer be available to students.
