Give feedback on an assignment using Blackboard's Inline Grading/Crocodoc

1. Navigate to "Full Grade Center."

1.1. Go to Control Panel.

1.2. Select Grade Center.

1.3. Click on "Full Grade Center."

Click on "Full Grade Center."

2. The yellow exclamation point icon appears under an assignment column to the right of a student's name when the student has submitted an assignment that needs grading.  

3. Click the down arrow to the right of the exclamation point, and click Attempt Grade followed by the date it was submitted.

4. OPTIONAL: Minimize or maximize the size of the document by clicking on the magnifying glass with the (-) icon or the magnifying glass with the (+) icon, respectively.

5. Create marginal comments by clicking on the Comment button to expand the comment menu.

5.1. To create a comment at a specific point of the document, click on the Comment button, select Point Comment in the drop down menu, and then click on a point in the document where you would like to leave a comment. Enter your comment in the text box.  

5.2. To comment on an area of the document, click on the Comment button, click on Area Comment in the drop down menu, and create a box around the area you would like to comment on. Enter your comment in the text box.

5.3. To comment on certain text in the assignment, click on the Comment button, and select Text Comment. Then highlight the text, and enter your comment in the text box.

6. Draw on the document by clicking on Draw in the toolbar and selecting a color for your pen.

7. Highlight parts of your document, by clicking on the Highlight button, selecting a color, and dragging the highlighter across specific text in the document.

8. To type out comments on the document, click on Text in the toolbar and select a font color and font size. Click on a place in the document to draw your text box, and enter your comment.

9. Strikeout text by clicking on Strikeout in the toolbar and selecting text in the document to strikeout. You may enter comments in the text box above.

10. Enter a grade for the assignment, and click Submit.
