Manage tool availability

1. Navigate to Tool Availability.

1.1. Go to Control Panel.

1.2. Click on Customization.

1.3. Click on Tool Availability.

Click on Tool Availability.

2. If you would like a tool to be available to all the users in your course, check the box under the Available column corresponding to the tool.

NOTE: A circle with a diagonal line means that your institution has made this tool unavailable.

3. For the ability to link a tool in a course content area, select the box under "Available in Content Area" corresponding to the tool you would like to link.

4. Once you have finished, click Submit.
