How Administrators Add Instructors to Courses

1. In your web browser, go to the Blackboard Course Access website at https:/bbtools.rutgers.edu/bbCourseAccess

2. Click Rutgers NetID Login. If prompted, enter your Rutgers NetID and password.

Click Rutgers NetID Login. If prompted, enter your Rutgers NetID and password.

3. Enter the NETID of the Instructor you wish to Add and click Find

4. The list of course to which that Instructor has been assigned access in Regis will appear.

5. Check off all courses that you would like to have the Instructor added.  Click Update.

You may also add TA's in the box in the ADD TA(S) column, enter the NetID of your TA. If you have multiple TAs, place a comma in between each TAs NetID.

6. The Instructors NETID is now added to the Instructor field and they have been added to Blackboard

7. Click Cancel to add a different Instructor to a course
