What is the Absence Email Alert Feature in Qwickly and How Do I set it up?

Qwickly attendance can send an email to students when they are marked as absent for the day, providing students with acknowledgement that they were missed in class and a receipt that they were absent.

Instructors can even customize the email that is sent to provide a personalized message.

In order to to set up and enable the absence email alert feature, you must go into Qwickly Settings. Scroll down to Absence Email.

Select "Yes" to send an Alert or "No".

If you select Yes, a textbox will open up. Type your updated message into the textbox. (This is the message your students will receive alerting them that they have been marked absence)

After you have set set up your alert and made any edits, scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and select Save Settings.
