This new feature will allow faculty to quickly and easily send reminders to students with missing coursework right from your Grade Center. The system-generated email will be sent to any student who has not submitted work or is missing a grade for a particular item. The email will include the course name, the missing coursework, and the due date if set. Reminders can be used for assignments, tests, and even manually added columns.
From the light grey Control Panel, click on Grade Center and then Full Grade Center.
Click on the options menu to the right of the column name and select Send Reminder.
Click OK on the pop-up window to confirm "Are you sure you want to send a reminder...?". The number of students will be noted.
An email reminder will be sent to any student who has not submitted work or is missing a grade for that particular column.
